Q2:Can we get some samples?
A2: Yes, sample is accepted and we have professional QC team to make and test each sample

Q3:Can we use my own LOGO/brand on products or cartons ?
A3:Sure, we have professional designers and printers to customize LOGO/brand on each product,carton etc accordint to your requirements

Q4:Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A4:Yes, we have 16 years OEM/ODM experience.

Q5:What is warraty time?

A5:In general the warraty time is 3 years, but we'll replace new one if there is any quality problem (Except human and transport damage )

Q6:How do you control the quality?

A6:We have very strict production team and QC team to ensure at least 2 full testing before delivery.

Q7:Do you deliver the goods in time ?

A7:Yes, we have more than 10 production lines and 200 workers to produce the goods each day , sometimes we always have in stock in our warehouse to ensure delivery in time.

Q8: How do you ship the goods?
A8: We have professional shipping forwarders to make the best shipping terms according to customer's need, then deliver by Sea/air/express in time to ensure customers receive goods soon with best shipping cost.
